Ā

Looking for a healthy and delicious breakfast idea? Try making your own Mermaid Bowls! These blue-tifulĀ and Instagram-worthy bowls are not only looking pretty,Ā Ā but also packed with nutrientsšŸ’™

To make the base of the bowl, you'll need to blend nicecream, which require only 4 ingredients:

The secret of pretty shade of this nicecream is green kiwi added to it. By blending green fruits with a blue spirulina, you can create absolutely beautiful blue-green mermaid-inspired color palette.

Put all the nicecream ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.Ā

Once you have your nicecream, pour it into a bowl and decorate it with coconut chips, dried pineapple slices, and a homemade chocolate mermaid tail.

Choxolate mermaid tail

To make the tail, melt vegan white chocolate and mix in a dash of your favorite Rawnice's powderĀ ( we used this time the Black Carrot Powder) Ā to create a vibrant color.

Pour the mixture into a mermaid silicone mold and let it set in the fridge for a few minutes. Once set, carefully remove the tail from the mold and place it on top of your Mermaid Bowl.

This recipe is not only tasty but also packed with nutrients. Blue spirulina is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, while kiwis are a great source of vitamin C and fiber. Coconut milk is a healthy source of fats and can help improve digestion. Plus, the chocolate mermaid tail adds a touch of sweetness and fun to the bowl.
