Rainbow Popsicles

What is a better way to cool off on warm summer days than an ice cold pop?

Ingredients:

For the orange layer:

For the yellow layer:

For the turquoise layer:

*if you don’t like papaya, you can simply replace it with mango.

Directions:

  1. Place all xylitol into mixing bowl and grind.
  2. Divide the Xylitol into 3 equal shares.

Orange layer:

  1. Place one part of xylitol into a mixing bowl, add papaya and blend until smooth.

  2. Add cream, Pink Pitaya Powder and blend about 40 seconds.

Yellow and Turquoise layers:

  1. Repeat the orange process with two more layers for yellow and turquoise, but switch up the papaya for mango and pineapple in each batch.

Time to make the popsicles

  1. Pour each batch of colored liquid into a Popsicle Mold, one layer at a time.

  2. Insert popsicle sticks.

  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

what is the use of xylitol here in this recipe? and could it be replaced with anything else?
