Cheesecake for breakfast? Why not!😉 With a few simple ingredients you can create delicious breakfast treat in a jar💙
Granola at the bottom, combined with fresh raspberries and blue "filling" made of vegan cream cheese & greek style yogurt, with a dash of blue spirulina powder💙
Blue spirulina, also called Phycocyanin, is a biliprotein extracted from Green spirulina. Unlike it’s green sibling, blue spirulina does not taste or smell like fishfood. It is ultra-potent antioxidant that will help your body fight off those harmful free radicals.
Raspberries are a good source of fiber and vitamin C, and high in antioxidants❤️ They’re as good for breakfast as they are for dessert.
